軟體準備

  1. 安裝軟體
  2. 安裝驅動

硬體準備

開箱時請小心，拿取Magnet Case的時候請拿外殼，不要碰中間的樣品艙，太過用力的話裡面的隔熱材可能會受損。

  1. 接上USB
  2. 接上Magnet Case Lid
  3. 確認電源為關閉狀態
  4. 接上電源線
  5. 開機

樣品準備

小於20mmx20mm的精準正方形
用回流焊或烙鐵將銦錫焊料將阻抗接點固定於樣品四個角落

軟體測試

IV Curve

測試結果應程線性結果，若結果為非線性請調整電流後重新測試

Hall Measurement 可靠性確認（Reliability Check）

  1. 放入待測物
    ITO sample
    ITO sample Inside
    Magnet Case lid and sample
    alt text
    Insert Sample
    Close the lid
    Magnet Case set

  2. 按下Measure啟動量測
    軟體初始化面
    Hall量測畫面
    開始量測

  3. 無磁場量測結束後依軟體指示，由N插入磁鐵
    放入磁場
    Put the magnet in from N to S
    N to S - Push until stop

  4. 翻轉磁極，由S插入磁鐵
    反轉極性S to N
    N to S - Pull out the magnet
    N to S - Hold the magnet
    Put the magnet in from othe side
    Put the magnet in from S to N
    S to N - Push it until stop

  5. 測試完成，取出磁場
    移除磁場
    測試完成
    S to N - Pull out the magnet
    S to N - Hold the magnet
